cult BEAUTY（カルトビューティ）注文から配送までどれくらいかかるの？
私の場合月曜日にオーダーし、翌日に出荷メールが届き、それからその週の金曜日に荷物が届きました。なんと、たった４日で手元に！
土日祝日を挟むともうちょっと遅くなるかもしれません。
きちんと箱に入れられて送られてきたので、便が割れているとか液漏れしていたということもありませんでした。
cult BEAUTY（カルトビューティ）の支払いについて
ポンド立ての支払いです。今（2020/9/20)で１￡＝140円ほどです。
クレジットカードかペイパルで支払うと、カード会社などで自動で現在のレートを計算して円で請求してくれるので銀行口座に日本円が入っていれば通貨の心配はいりません。
また、クレジットカードは現金を両替するより為替レートがよいです。
カルトビューティーで購入した商品の税金は？
EU圏（イギリス含む）・オーストラリアの国以外への配送は、税（VAT）が免税されるので、消費税がかからない分カルトビューティーの通販がちょっとお得になります。
お届け先の住所を入力してチェックアウトに進むと、VATはご注文金額から差し引かれます。と書いてあります。
※ただし、日本は今のところ大丈夫ですが、輸入品に対して関税をかけている国にお住いの場合は関税の徴収がされます。

UK VAT will be charged on orders delivered to countries in the United Kingdom, with the exception of the Channel Islands (Jersey and Guernsey). Local VAT applies to orders shipped to other destinations within the EU.
Australia is exempt from paying UK VAT, but GST will be charged and paid to the Australian Government on behalf of the customer by Cult Beauty.
With the exception of Australia, orders destined for all other countries outside of the EU are exempt from paying UK VAT. Once you have entered your delivery address and proceeded to checkout, VAT will be deducted from the cost of your order.
カルトビューティーで注文した商品の送料について
- 40ポンド以上買い物をした場合
- FREE SHOPPINGの表記がある場合
この二つ、どちらかを満たすと送料無料！
そうでない場合は重さによりますがだいたい1,000円～送料がかかってしまいます。なので、買い物をする場合は送料無料の条件を利用したほうがお得！

Orders destined for countries outside of the EU are shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis, with the exception of Australia.
DDU (delivery duty unpaid) means you may be liable to pay local sales taxes and customs duties on arrival of our order. Where this is the case, you will need to pay these costs to release your order from customs before it is delivered to you.
Please note that Cult Beauty is unable to advise on the amount that this may be and cannot accept responsibility for these costs.
カルトビューティーの返品ポリシーは？
到着後、未開封・未使用の商品であれば30日以内なら返品・交換をしてくれます！
30日以内にカルトビューティが商品を受け取らなければならないことに注意してください。
再販売不可能な商品の返金、交換、交換には応じられませんのでご了承ください。
また、ご注文の商品が無料プレゼントの対象となっている場合は、返金や交換の手続きを行う前に返品していただく必要があります。
返品のための送料については、イギリス国外からの返品の場合は、返品送料をご負担いただく必要があります。

We are happy to offer a refund/exchange for an unwanted item returned within 30 days of receipt. Please be aware that we must receive returns within 30 days of delivery – this is irrespective of your chosen payment method.
Please note that all items must be returned in a saleable condition:
Unopened, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. We are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items that are not re-saleable.
If your order qualified for a free gift, it must also be returned before your refund or replacement can be processed.
We offer a FREE pre-paid returns service on all UK orders through Royal Mail. You will receive a pre-printed address label with your order.
If you are returning from outside of the UK, you will need to cover the cost of return shipping.
